The framework

There is a pattern behind what you're experiencing.

Most women engage in one of four patterns, and knowing yours is where the actual work starts.

The Planner Pattern 1

Your brain never turns off. You keep up with everything and everyone. When plans change, your reaction is bigger than the situation calls for because you're mentally overloaded.

The Radar Pattern 2

You're hyper-attuned to everyone around you. You read tone, energy, small shifts in a room. Your attention gets flooded and your focus collapses. Often misread as a focus problem when the real issue is sensitivity.

The Fixer Pattern 3

You take action the moment something needs handling. No pause between things. Stress builds quietly and then surfaces as irritability, exhaustion, or shutdown.

The Anchor Pattern 4

Your attention goes outward first, always. Other people's needs are handled before your own. Your own plans, decisions, and needs are ignored because there is nothing left when your turn finally comes.

Once the pattern is clear, the right kind of support is much easier to find.

How the coaching works

Three phases. Built around your pattern, not a generic framework.

The 3 and 6 month packages follow the same arc. The difference is time — three months to understand your pattern and start shifting, six months to go deeper and let the changes take hold.

1 Recognition

You see your pattern clearly, often for the first time.

The first phase identifies your dominant overfunctioning pattern, where it shows up in your daily life, and what it's producing in your body and your decisions. This is the moment your exhaustion starts making sense.

2 Interruption

You build real pauses in how you do things. Not new habits to manage, but actual nervous system interventions.

This is the heart of the work. The interventions are specific to your pattern. A Planner needs something different than a Fixer. A Radar needs something different than an Anchor. This is where the clinical background gets translated into language and tools you can actually use in a Tuesday morning meeting.

3 Stabilization

The changes start to take hold without you having to think so much about them.

This is the exit most coaching skips over. Overfunctioning women are very good at turning their own recovery into a new project. The last phase makes sure that doesn't happen. You leave with something that works inside your actual life, not a new system to keep up with.
