Two hours to map your pattern and walk away with a plan.
For the woman who's named her pattern and is ready to do something about it.
Two hours, one-on-one, with written prep beforehand and a written follow-up plan within 48 hours.
You know your pattern. You can see where and when it shows up. The question is what to do about it.
The Intensive is a two hour session designed to map your pattern in detail, including when the pattern shows up, with whom, and in which situations. You leave with specific ways to interrupt it. The pattern does not need to be erased. It needs to change.
Five parts. One arc.
Pattern Orientation
The session opens with me summarizing what I'm seeing from your intake forms. This allows us to jump in without having to start at the beginning. Our session begins at depth.
Deep Dive
From there, we map your pattern in detail. Where it shows up most, with whom, and in which situations. The point is to make the pattern visible enough that you can see it the way an outside observer would.
Interruption
Once the pattern is clear, we move to interruption. I give you two or three specific ways to stop the pattern when it's running. Not theory. Concrete actions you can take in the middle of a day.
Integration
Knowing what to do is not the same as doing it. We spend this part of the session anticipating what is going to get in the way. Your schedule, the people around you, the moments when the pattern feels too useful to interrupt. We build the interruptions into the conditions of your actual life.
Clean Close
The last fifteen minutes are for summarizing. We name what you are walking out with so it is clear in your head before the session ends. You leave with the pattern mapped, the interruptions named, and your Week 1 action plan in hand.
Four things, all of them concrete.
-
The pattern map.
Where your pattern shows up most, with whom, and in which situations.
-
Two or three named interruptions.
Specific ways to stop the pattern when it's running.
-
A Week 1 action plan.
One concrete thing to do in the week after the session.
-
A written follow-up within 48 hours.
Everything above, in writing, so you don't have to remember it.
What to expect from booking to follow-up.
-
You book the session.
Pick a time on the booking page. Payment is taken at booking.
-
You get an email outlining how the session works.
A short note from me explaining what to expect, how your session is structured, and what the intake will ask of you.
-
You complete the written intake forms.
A short set of questions about your pattern, where and when it's showing up, and what brought you to this session. The intake is what lets the session begin at depth.
-
Questions in the days before.
If something comes up between booking and the session, you can email me. I'd rather answer it before we meet than have it sitting in the back of your mind during our session.
-
The two-hour session happens, by video or phone.
Your choice on format. We work through the five parts of the session described above.
-
Questions in the days after.
If something surfaces after we meet, you can email me. The session ends but the collaboration doesn't.
-
You get a written follow-up within 48 hours.
Pattern map, named interruptions, and Week 1 action plan. Everything in writing so you don't have to take notes during our session.
Who the Intensive is for, and who it isn't for.
This is for you if
- You've taken the quiz and you know your pattern.
- You can see how the pattern is operating in your life but you don't yet know how to interrupt it.
- You want a single substantive session with a clear plan of action, not an ongoing commitment.
- You want to talk to a real person about your pattern, not read another article about it.
- You're ready to look at what's actually happening.
This is not a fit if
- You haven't taken the quiz yet. Start there. The session works because the pattern is already identified going in.
- You're in crisis or looking for clinical mental health treatment. This is coaching, not therapy.
- You want a quick fix or a script you can apply without thinking. The work is real even when the format is short.
- You're not ready to look at the pattern directly. The session goes in-depth quickly and that requires a willingness to do the work.
